VISAS - Do I need a VISA? http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/doineedvisa/
Britain is a member of the European Union but not part of the Schengen visa arrangements. If you will need a visa we strongly advise you to start the application process at least 3 months in advance with your local British Embassy / Consulate. We cannot issue visa invitation letters until delegates have registered and paid all registration and accommodation costs. If your visa application was submitted before April 30 and is then unsuccessful you will receive a full refund of the money you have paid to IFCO (minus bank charges).
